Nazan Kesal presents Iran's powerful
plays the female poet Fürug Ferruhzad.
The play, written by author Şebnem İşigüzel and directed by Berfin Zenderlioğlu, brings the breath of Fürug Ferruhzad, the rebellious voice of Iranian poetry, to the theatre stage.
The play, produced by Poyraz Production, tells the story of all of us who blossom and wither in the same climate; those who live under pressure, those who are always found lacking and those who continue to live despite everything and do not withhold their words. Fürug Ferruhzad, who is waiting to be entrusted to the earth, who cannot even be tolerated dead, will write the poetry of his life in his own purgatory and will be on stage to whisper words that will not leave your mind.
Furugh is coming to show the existence of nothingness, to give courage to all of us, to say "The bird dies, remember the flight"
