Featuring dancers of ages ranging from 50-90 performing a variety of dance moves from all genre and all cultures. Dancing Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, Line Dancing, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Axe, Guaracha, Caribbean & Reggae, African, Portuguese, Greek, Irish, etc…An eye opener, a flavour of what is taught in our Classes to improve one’s health.

Candy has choreographed the dances to suit everyone's ability, with the aim to improve one's health and maintain stability.
